Choose Your Celebration:
Decide whether it's a birthday, team building, bridal shower, or any occasion that deserves a touch of artistic flair.
Pick Your Theme
Let us know your theme or preferences and choose from our wide selections of paintings available. If you want a specific painting, please send us a sample photo so that our artist can create something for you.
Decorate
You can come to the studio 30-45mins early to set up the place according to your liking.
Food and Beverages
Bring your own food and beverages for your party guests to enjoy. A table will be designated for food and drinks. We have a fridge available for usage at the studio.
Party Duration
Typical Painting Parties lasts 3 hours. You can eat before, after or during the painting sessions. For extra hour, additional charges apply.
Additional Information and Cancellation Policy
To book a private party, you must reach out to Mix It Laredo at least 10 days in advance from the desired reservation date. To secure your private party, a deposit of the first 5 painters is mandatory. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the event.
**The scheduling of art sessions/classes is subject to change in the event that a private booking is secured two weeks prior to the requested date.**
Our pricing is set up per painter with an additional $75 fee for the use of our space here at mix it or $100 fee for travelling to a destination of your choice within Laredo city limits.
If you have Ā people attending the party that are not painting, you do not have to pay an additional fee for them. For example if you are hosting a kidās birthday party with 12 painters and 10 adults who are not painting, you would only pay for the 12 painters.Ā
If a mess is made with confetti, poppers or silly strings, a $50 cleaning fee will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation of party: NO REFUND will be give to any cancellation made. However, we will work with you to find another date and time to host your party or you will forfeit the whole deposit.
Rescheduled Party: Rescheduled parties must take place before the year ends. Please contact us for date availability. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the party.
